| did i mention i got the contract for next year? =P PTL!!
gone to SG and back. now *trying very* hard to get myself to do stuff. no mo. sleep all day, or at least attempt to sleep all day. haha.

| this week was teachers' appreciation week. (i didnt know) and i had a student laugh at me when i said i thought it was next week. hpmf. oh well. i did get a cute comic strip of me. haha. i shld go frame it up or sth. as i kinda struggled abt thoughts that maybe i'm not a great teacher (not popular enough to receive anyth), i feel God say all that matters is that they learn. okok, i had a slice of cake today and 2 days ago. some of the students baked. i'm guessing it's for that reason. haha. yes yes, i'm still harping on it. 
almost the end of the sch year. 3 more weeks this month; 4 next month. and i'll be back in SG for 3 weeks. sounds good! frankly, still a little worried abt getting back my teaching position for next year. but I MUST TRUST GOD! ok. time to exercise a little faith - gg to worship Him.

| guess i'm slightly more certain now that i've heard from my P she's offering me a position for next year. i think i worked very hard so far, other than today coz i took a sick day. flu. am going back to bed later after i switch the laundry from the washer to the dryer. =p
how's everyone back in SG? anyth new? my whole family's in Aussie land so no new updates coming from home home. haha. missing the CNY food...

| it's been freezing these days. all negative deg C temperatures. *wondering how on earth pple survive such cold weather*
economy not doing well and there's a chance i might get laid off. sianz. who would think teachers have unstable jobs? haha. anyhows, been thinking of alternatives. haven't quite decided what i can be doing. oh well, better channel the energy to positive thinking teaching than think abt how bad it can turn out.
pray for me!

| hmm, after some long "battle" with visa issues, i'm finally back. =) glad to be back in sch, glad to be back with the singaporeans here - i guess i've grown accustomed to the younger ones, and wanna be there to help & support them.
first day of sch went well today. so many pple were excited (very enthu, in fact) to see me! made me feel so mm, loved? haha! will be heading back to sch later for open house (parent-teacher meeting) and not sure what to say because i've only met their precious child but once today! haha. i'm sure everything will be fine. =p
settling into our newly cleaned apt. got some new furniture from ikea on friday, and they delivered on saturday. spent the evening after 4pm setting things up and now we've got a nice living room with nice comfy sofa and a 42" LCD TV! hee. cant wait to put everything back into place. prob will take a few more weekends. haha!
ok, think i'll go do some quiet time and then rest.
